Review for Hotel Mozart in Opatija
We booked a well-furnished room with a deluxe view, and it was absolutely stunning. the location is marvelous, right in front of the sea. Plus, it's just a 10-15 minute walk to Cote Brasserie, where we enjoyed some delicious meals.

Všetko bolo v O.K. Veľmi pozorné bolo každé ráno pri raňajkách obdarovanie každej ženy malou čerstvou ružičkou. Veľmi milé a každej žene to urobilo radosť. Takže doporučujem.

the hotel is a little on the old side. we booked a super deluxe room and were a little disappointed because for half the money our room in bled, slovenia was ten times nicer-- in just as old a building. parking cost extra-- which was disappointing when i had just spent 250 euro on the room!
just a little "worn"

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, right on the sea front with stunning views of the Kvarner bay. The cleanliness in all areas was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The breakfast had a great variety of options to suit different tastes. Lastly, the staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help.
Could not be improved in any way. I had a delightful stay in this city and I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff were very nice and friendly
We moved the double bed and underneath was about a centrimetre thick of dust..which is bad for my little boy who has asthma... In the bathrrom the radiators were also thick with dust... The room was cold and the heating only came on at certain times of the day by that time we were so cold we had to get into bed...we spent 1/2 an hour in the spa trying to work the jacuzzi without any luck..luckily we managed to switch the lights on so at least we could find our way out !!!! We may be still there !!! Breakfast was ok but the scrambled eggs tasted like they had been cooked for 6 hours...the waitress was nice but after a while disappeared and we never saw her again...time to leave I think ............into the street next door where we had to pay 10 euros to park for the privilege......reception staff are great but unfortunately they dont make a hotel.......bye bye never again just happy we only stayed for one night !!!!!!

Exceptional
I had an amazing stay at a hotel in the center of town. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with all of my needs, day and night. The room was bright, comfortable, and had a great location. The only minor downside was the breakfast, where the fruit and coffee weren't as fresh as I had hoped. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and ideal location. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel fully lived up to all my expectations and I would recommend it without hesitation, especially for a first visit to Opatija. The location is excellent, and the decor, comfort, luxury and cleanliness all beyond reproach. If your budget stretches to a room with a balcony and sea view, that makes it even better. The staff were, without exception, helpful and courteous, but without losing their friendliness and approachability, and service was always with a sincere smile. The spa and wellness centre is well equipped and a nice bonus.
I would not choose to stay 1/2 board at the Mozart, but the breakfast was fine, and there are plenty of excellent places to eat nearby.
